I just wanted to put my two cents out into the universe for one of my favorite djs, producers and inspirations. I met Mehdi briefly last year at a party in Philly. Two things were awesome about this - one, he's from Europe and European djs don't make their way through Philly too often and two - there were very few people there but everyone that was, was on the dance floor LOVING it. He was playing with Riton and I got there super late because I had a gig myself, all I remember was walking in on Plastikman and them ending with Rapsberry beret. One of the best party going experiences of my life. His energy and skill on stage and you KNEW he was plugged in 100%. And he was an awesome guy to watch and be around, even for a brief moment in time.
